resource preview

We're so glad you've decided to join us for our Sweet Sleep Challenge! This resource is one handy place to find everything you need to know!

This month we want to help you truly rest! Sleep is a crucial part of our health and healthy sleep routines are sadly missing in many modern lives. Join us for a few simple, daily steps that could transform how your body does sleep!

Each day you will do the following three things:

  • Diffuse Peace & Calming and Cedarwood Oil every day in your home.
  • Take at least one full minute to slow down and breathe it in.
  • Put your phone in another room before going to bed each night. *

That's it. There's no more to it. Literally will take a minute total, and you will not believe the results! We will also have fun giveaways, recipes, emotional processing tips, videos, and more in our Facebook group as we take a deep breath and choose freedom in our thoughts and health.

Include the family of all ages, invite friends, and share the fun. The only thing better than getting amazing results is watching people you care about do the same! We're going to walk you through this step by step so simply stay tuned and enjoy!

FAQ: Q: What if I don't have Cedarwood or Peace & Calming Oil? A: Order some today! But while you're waiting, diffuse other oils like Frankincense or Lavender and simply join us for the education while you wait!

Q: Do I need to buy a Kit or can I just buy the two oils? A: Either way works! The challenge is simply diffusing the Peace & Calming and Cedarwood Oil, but as we educate on sleep we'll be talking about the benefits of other oils and products and the kit we've linked has some perfect oils for starting along with a simple diffuser!

Q: How much should I diffuse? A: This is completely up to you! We like lots of drops, but you can use according to your preference. I'll be running them in several of my diffusers and using topically as well! My goal is to go through at least an entire bottle of each this month and then track my results!

Q: Can I use Peace & Calming and Cedarwood topically? A: You bet! We love using them on the neck and feet for sleep!

Q: Can I diffuse something else with it? A: Of course! We'll give you some great recipes throughout the month!

Q: Are Peace & Calming and Cedarwood already diluted? A: No, they are not. If you are using topically you can always dilute to comfort. You never need dilution for diffusing.

Q: Are Peace & Calming or Cedarwood photosensitive oils? A: Cedarwood is not photosensitive. Peace & Calming does contain small amounts of citrus oils so it could potentially be for some people. Some oils, especially citrus ones such as Tangerine, Lime, and Bergamot, can burn the skin when it is exposed to sun after application. Use these oils when you know your sun exposure will be limited—such as during the evening, or apply to skin that will be covered by clothing. Once a sun-sensitive oil has been applied to exposed skin, avoid direct sunlight or UV rays for at least 12 hours, including tanning beds. This sensitivity affects some while never affecting others so it's good to observe and be aware in case yours is sensitive. This is easily solved by applying oils in unexposed areas. We have never personally had an issue with the amounts of citrus in Peace & Calming.

Q: Can I use Peace & Calming or Cedarwood internally? A: These two are not generally recommended for ingestion but there are also no recommendations against it.

Q: Can I use these oils if pregnant or nursing? A: We consider them not only safe but incredibly beneficial for pregnant and nursing mothers as an sleep support during a difficult time for getting enough rest, but do what is comfortable for you based on your research.

Q: Is diffusing safe around my kids and pets? A: We've been diffusing around ours for years and years and have found it hugely beneficial to them in all the ways it is to us! Make sure there's good circulation and space for your baby and an option for pets to move away from the diffuser if they choose. Many want to be close to it! Sometimes citrus oils are not recommended around cats, but we have many cat owners who have done very well with Peace & Calming and the above rules.
